How I Create Your Bespoke Furniture
My proven four-step process ensures you receive exactly what you envision – beautifully crafted furniture designed specifically for your space and lifestyle.
Consultation
I start with a conversation about your vision, requirements, and how you'll use the piece. This can be in person at your Bristol home or via video call. I discuss ideas, take measurements, and explore possibilities together.
Design & Quote
Based on my discussion, I create detailed designs showing exactly what you'll receive. For complex pieces, this includes drawings or 3D renders. You receive a transparent quote with all costs clearly explained.
Craftsmanship
Your piece is handcrafted in my Bristol workshop using traditional joinery techniques and quality materials. I keep you updated throughout the build process, sharing progress photos so you can see your furniture taking shape.
Delivery
I carefully deliver and position your finished furniture, ensuring every detail is perfect. I won't leave until you're completely satisfied with the result. Aftercare advice is provided to help you maintain your piece for years to come.

Premium Hardwoods
I work with a selection of beautiful hardwoods, each chosen for their appearance, durability, and suitability for furniture making. My most popular choices include:
- Oak (European and American) – classic, durable, distinctive grain
- Walnut – rich, warm tones with elegant figuring
- Ash – light coloured, strong, beautiful grain patterns
- Maple – fine, even grain, excellent for contemporary pieces
- Cherry – warm reddish tones that deepen beautifully with age
Contemporary Materials & Sustainable Sourcing
I combine traditional hardwoods with modern materials like Valchromat and Birch Plywood to create stylish, contemporary pieces. The combination of these materials creates very elegant aesthetics that I'm enthusiastic about creating!
